  • umístění ubytování na konci sídliště, u lesa bylo možné využít vybavenou kuchyn, lednice, mikrovlná trouba, varná konvice, kávovar

  • výhodná cena (neplatí se za osobu ale za pokoj) vstřícná paní majitelka čisté pokoje klidné místo v půli cesty nahoru (korunami stromů, start trailů) i dolů (pláž) vhodné pro elektrokolaře (netřeba jezerní lanovku)

  • neexistence internetového připojení pouze vlastní vaření ve společné kuchyňce někomu nemusí vyhovovat starší tvrdé postele (patrové palandy měkčí, ale kratší socialistický styl) zvuky z vedlejších pokojů, to je ale asi i jinde.. někomu (pěšímu) nemusí vyhovovat ubytování v půli kopce (daleko od pláže), ale tomu odpovídá nižší cena
